Vacuum deposition aluminium coating is a process under vacuum condition to coat aluminium onto film substrates to form a composite film. This process require high quality graphite crucible, and we are capable to supply the crucible with stable quality.

1. High quality, low ash content graphite material is used to produce crucible, the high quality of raw material prevents volatile substances, avoids spots, holes on aluminium coated film.

2. We perform special process on crucible to make the bulk density of crucible higher and lower porosity of the material, in which way could resist the aluminium vapor infiltrate in graphite.

3. Professional machining and polishing work make the crucible looking good.

4. The crucible could be used continuously for 30 – 52 hours, or 25 – 50 cycles.
